8:30 we were up and eating breakfast. McKayla went to play practice at 9:30. I was in the shower and left at 11:15 to go to our last game, the girls did a great job cheering! It was a great end to the season. I definitely had the best little cheerleaders! The game was over by 1:00 and we went home ate some pizza and went to the Bloom grocery store to sell girl scout cookies at our cookie booth at 2:00. It was freezing, we were there until 5:00. We came home and Parker and McKayla got ready to go the Father/Daughter banquet at the church. (Mason went with them too) I got ready for work and we all left at the same time. I worked from 6:00 til about 10:20. I am finally home and I am loving the down time.
OK rewind, zzzzzzip, it sounds like McKayla and Parker really enjoyed the banquet. It was a 4 course meal. McKayla loves spending time with us 1 on 1. It really makes her feel special, and I'm so glad they were able to go to this together. Even though Mason was there, Parker really did a good job making the night about her, I'm so thankful that he is sensitive to her that way. McKayla won a door prize, which was a gift certificate to a chocolate store. mmmm I can't wait to take her to that store and see what they have. I might just have to get a little sumpin' sumpin' for muah!
